Optimized Automation Process
As production machine for polyurethane(PU) sandwich panels, we can offer manufacturing custom-built production equipment to suit customer's needs, such as continuous double conveyor type, batch conveyor type, and batch multi-stage press type.
For urethane building material panels and commercial freezing / refrigerating / air conditioning panels, we are proposing high-pressure foamers and low-pressure foamers combined with manual, semi-automatic, and automated traverse units, as well as batch conveyor type and batch multi-stage press type production systems.
We are proposing a continuous production system that combines a high-pressure / low-pressure foaming machine and a double slat conveyor line（Roll former, traverse, preheat, double conveyor, oven, cutting machine, loading device, etc） for urethane / phenol building material panels and block foam applications.
