This system transports molds on a conveyor. We have a lot of lineups such as chain conveyor lines and free flow conveyor lines which are suitable for high-volume, high-mix production
Features
- We have a lot of lineups such as chain conveyor lines and free flow conveyor lines.
- Injection is done by a traverser or a robot.

In the case of a chain conveyor line, it is also possible to install an automatic loading device and a mold release agent application robot.
In addition, hot water type and oven type can be selected for mold temperature control.

Mold accumulation is possible on the free flow conveyor line.
Injection operation can be continued even if the mold is replaced or the worker is delayed.
