Optimized Automation Process
This system moves the mixing head to a fixed mold device and injects polyurethane(PU) sequentially. It is suitable for high-mix, low-volume production.
We have extensive experience and expertise in custom-made equipment design to meet customer needs.
Features
- Mold Carrier can be installed according to the factory space and the arrangement of workers.
- Injection is performed by a traverser, robot, swivel arm, etc.
- Even if the Mold Carrier maintenance or mold replacement is required, it can be produced at other stations.
